CONFERENCE

Every single year WCNA promotes an annual conference, where the members have the opportunity to meet each other in only one business trip. In order to benefit the partners from all continents, WCNA will organise its conferences in a different country and continent a year. In addition to that, the conference period will be always the same, during the first semester of the year.

In this way, everybody is able to guarantee his participation in advance.

As one of the main rules, it will not be allowed to be absent from more than two consecutive conferences. You may be right that the conferences represent more an investment than a real cost.

ANNUAL FEE

WCNA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
Dear partner, in order to serve you and your company with quality, efficiency and competence, WCNA charges an annuity from its members. The annuity is:
USD 1000.00
USD 500.00 - founds
USD 50.00 - each branch office at same country.

In WCNA is allowed until three partners in the same country. There are exceptions for Brazil, China, India, The United States because these are big countries and United Arab Emirates due the big volume of cargo.

We are sure that this is more an investment than a cost.

FIDELITY PROGRAM

The fidelity program is a way to become our group stronger and benefit you at the same time. By indicating at least three new members, you will have your next annual fee costless and if you bring 5 new members you will receive the next annual conference free of charge.

For the time being, WCNA counts on more than 100 partners, representing almost 80 countries of the whole world, and we do intend to increase this number.

Some of our partners have already been indicating new agents to us and they will certainly receive the benefits for their support.

Our major goal as an international freight forwarder association is to reach the whole world, keeping together the companies as one unique team.

The outcomes of your participation at the Fidelity Program will be favourable to all.

SALES LEADS PROGRAM

To increase more business between the members, all members must attendance this programm.

Each month each member must send to us your report of how many sales leads you generated and to whom.

We will analize which members are working for obtain more benefits w/ another members.

Dear partner, thanks a lot for your interest in our association, we are sure that our group may strengthen even more your business. In order to join us, please, you have to take the following steps

1. Fill up the application form (available at application form link) and send it to us, so that we may know more about your company:
2. After sending the form, we from WCNA head office will contact you for any doubt;
3. The third step is the payment of the WCNA annual membership fee. The annuity lasts twelve months, which means that if you join us in December of a year, then, you will have to pay the fee again only in next December;
4. After the payment of the annuity, WCNA will prepare a circular message and introduce your good company to every partners.
5. You will also receive a password and an username for accessing our web site with no restrictions.
